H&M Magical Holidays

H&M presents a magical holiday with Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett directed by Johan Renck. This Holiday season, H&M is celebrating with a spectacular campaign and festive collection starring Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, performing “It Don’t Mean A Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing)” from their #1 album Cheek To Cheek. H&M describes its campaign as a thrilling fun adventure, where an H&M family of supermodels and superstars celebrate the spirit of giving and togetherness this Holiday season.
What we see is an expensive short film with an anxious try of a spectacular result but the outcome is more a dull.

Killer Heels – Spike by Zach Gold

Zach Gold the master of spectacular shorts presents Spike, a fashion film which brings the high heel to Brookly Museum. The film is part of the exhibit Killer Heels: The Art of the High-Heeles Shoe, which also features films from the artists: Ghada Amer & Reza Farkhondeh, Steven Klein, Nick Knight, Marilyn Minter and Rashaas Newsome. The Multimedia show traces the history if the high heel as a “fashion statement, fetish object, instrument of power, and outlet of artistic expression for both the designer and the wearer,” (Lisa Small, Brooklyn Museum) and features over 160 contemporary and historical heels.
